• Audio transcription is charged per hour - from 90p per audio minute.

• Manuscript/copy typing is charged per hour.

• Mailshots are charged per project.

• Spreadsheets and Database are charged per hour.

• Discounts offered for ongoing and repeat work.

• A premium is charged for work that is deemed urgent or depending on the complexity and specialty involved (i.e. advanced editing and imaging).

• Postage and packaging is charged at cost.

• Fractions of minutes will be rounded up to the nearest whole number (i.e. 27 minutes of audio dictation will be rounded to the nearest increment i.e 30 minutes).

My charge out rate is £12.75 per hour, unless otherwise stated, and do not include telephone, copying and fax charges.  Please contact me to discuss your individual requirements.
